RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Our Return and Replacement Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Replacement Policy at any time.
RETURNS POLICY
When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival). In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product. The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion. The customer can return it within 5 days of order receipt by customers for all products except diffuser. For diffusers returns will be accepted up to 15 days of order received by customer. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
- In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product.
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
- All customers must contact eyvor.store for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- eyvor.store will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to eyvor.store .
In the case of diffusers, we do not accept returns for color exchange after delivery. Only accepts return and exchanges for wrong color delivered or physical damage with photo proof and if it is not working (DOA).
Note: eyvor.store reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
