Are all your essential oils 100% natural?
Yes, all our essential oils are 100% natural. All our essential oils are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS, sulphates, silicones, polysorbates and PEG too. We do not add any chemical agents or chemical preservatives.
Do your products expire quickly? What is the shelf life?
No, The shelf life of our products are two years from the date of Mfg.
Do I have to keep in refrigerator?
No, not at all. You do not need to refrigerate any of our essential oils. You can store in cool and dry place with no sun exposure.
I have taken one of your oil internally by mistake. Do I need to worry?
In case you have taken internally any of our oils by mistake, we advise you to get in touch with a doctor immediately. All our oils are made from natural ingredients and have no chemicals. However, we have not tested these products for internal use. We strictly do not recommend internal use of any of our essential oils.
Can I cancel/return my product?
You can cancel your order before the shipment. However, it will not be possible to cancel the order after the shipment has been done. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products quality, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
