How to Use:

Diffuser: Add 5 to 10 drops to the diffuser containing water.

It's also advised to do a patch test on your inner arm to make sure the oil doesn't cause a rash or other irritation. Apply a small amount of oil and then wait 24 hours to be sure you don't have a reaction.
